. Experience with Clean Rooms in Manufacturing
Plants: Yes, I have hands-on experience in the planning, execution,
coordination, and commissioning of clean room facilities in pharmaceutical
manufacturing plants.
Currently, as Head of Projects & Engineering for a
large-scale greenfield LVP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility (project value
approx. INR 200 Crores), my scope includes overall project execution and
coordination of civil works, clean room construction, HVAC, clean utilities,
electrical, and MEP services. I am involved in clean room planning and
execution covering panels, flooring, HVAC/AHU systems, HEPA filtration,
pressure differentials, and layouts.
Previously, at Otsuka Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. and
Zydus Lifesciences, I managed facility upgrades and clean room-related projects
in highly regulated environments.
2. Experience with Pre-Fabricated Materials: Yes. I have worked
extensively with PEB structures, prefabricated clean room panels, insulated
panels, and pre-engineered building components. My involvement includes
planning, vendor coordination, execution, and quality monitoring.
3. Experience in MEP: Yes. I have extensive experience
coordinating MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, chilled water,
compressed air, steam, process utilities, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems,
ensuring integrated project execution with civil and architectural requirements.
4. Tendering Process + Consultants + PMC: Yes. My experience
includes technical tendering, scope preparation, BOQ review, techno-commercial
evaluation, vendor finalization, and consultant/PMC coordination across
multiple disciplines.
5. Designing, BOQ & Project Coordination: Yes. I review and
coordinate designs, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and execution drawings,
alongside managing project planning, cost control, procurement, site execution,
and commissioning.
6. MS Project /
AutoCAD: I use MS Project and AutoCAD for project planning, scheduling, drawing
review, and coordination.
